Dylan Landis is the author of Rainey Royal, forthcoming from Soho Press, and Normal People Don’t Live Like This, a linked story collection. She has published fiction in Bomb, Tin House and Best American Nonrequired Reading, and has won an O. Henry Award and a Fellowship from the National Endowment for the Arts. Landis has covered medicine for the New Orleans Times-Picayune and interior design for the Chicago Tribune, and has written six books on decorating. She lives in New York City.
